Whatcha Gonna Do when Hulkamania runs wild on these 5 dream opponents from the PG-Era.

Despite his still offensive and grossly inappropriate racism - when Hulk was brought back into the WWE fold, I couldn't help myself from thinking about who his dream opponents would be from this current crop of Superstars. Throughout his career, Hogan was known for taking on larger than life villains, getting knocked around the ring for maybe 8 minutes, Hulking up, and dropping the leg to nail the 1-2-3.

When you look at this current roster, it's almost a shame that Hogan wrestled when he did. Sure, Andre and Macho Man were formidable opponents, but outside of that, most of Hogan's adversary's were pretty forgettable.

So with that being said, let's strap up the red and yellow boots, rip some shirts, and dive into 5 modern opponents Hogan could headline with.

1. Braun Strowman

This one is an absolute no-brainer. Despite being over like rover, Braun would be a monstrous, pun intended, opponent for Hogan to go head to head with. Plus, Braun is super believable, his size and strength would work perfectly with Hogan's style, as he'd be able to toss him around the ring and brutalize him. Hulk, it's time to get these hands.

2. Brock Lesnar

Okay, so before you bug out, I know that Hogan faced off against Brock in 2002. But this is an entirely different iteration of Brock Lesner. Suplex City Brock would have a tremendous program with Hulk. And on top of that, imagine Hulk vs Heyman on the mic.

3. Bray Wyatt

Throughout Hogan's career, he was pitted against mystical, bizarre opponents. Papa Shango. Ultimate Warrior. Dungeon of Doom. And not to mention, Zeus in No Holds Barred. In that same fashion, Bray Wyatt would be an ideal candidate for the eccentric character category. Except the difference being that Bray can cut a promo and could actually work in the ring.

4. Samoa Joe

Joe is one of the world's greatest in-ringer workers. His promo skills are off the chart, and as a heel, he's near perfection. Joe as an opponent for the Hulkster works because the storyline practically writes itself. The hard-working, indy darling who worked his whole life vs. the poster boy for WWE. Joe and Hulk would have absolutely killed it in the ring.

5. Rusev

What would happen when Hulkamania squares off against the Bulgarian Brute? MACHKA, that's what! In all honesty, Hogan loves facing off those dastardly foreigners. He loves waving that American flag around the ring and then posing for 30 minutes after the match is over. Granted, the Rusev Day gimmick has taken over former, anti-America persona - but should he go back to his roots, Rusev would have a date with the leg drop.

What are your thoughts? Completely disagree? Couldn't agree more? Let us know!
